It is a very unpleasant time right now around Nigeria since the dry season is has just began. It is said that this season lasts from November to April. (Anouk 2016) The people all around Umuofia will not be able to grow their yams for there is no rainfall at the moment so be careful when placing them. The scorching heat will be striking Umuofia on Wednesday morning with clear sky's and a whopping 99 °F. Thursday will begin getting cooler but not by much as very minor clouds begin to fill the sky making it 97 °F. Friday gets even cooler as the sky gets partly cloudy leaving it at 93 °F. The weekend will be ruined as Saturday and Sunday will still be partly cloudy but the heat jumps back up to 96 °F. Monday falls back down to 94 °F as the clouds clear up a bit leaving it mostly sunny. Tuesday is not much different from Monday except for the temperature which rises up to 95 °F. The nights are said to be much cooler but only time will tell.
